Email is the only form of communication that has had such a dramatic impact on our lives. From anywhere with an internet connection, you can access free, convenient, and instant communication regardless of your location. There is no doubt that email has countless benefits, but it also has several drawbacks. Our attention span is impaired, we are stressed, and our relationships are adversely affected by it. In the absence of control over your email, it will start to control you.
If you have a long and complex discussion to have, be vocal about it.
Your messages can often lose their meaning in emails, causing misunderstandings or unintended resentment. Regarding essential matters, it is best to meet in person. Call instead in case that isn't possible. If not, emails can become a detrimental aspect to your health and daily routine.

"I think writing in general can help us deal with anything we fear, anything which troubles us, anything that makes us angry or moves us."
"It is satisfying to us, the readers, after having witnessed so many of his ancestors from afar, in little fragments, to be in the presence of a flesh-and-blood forebear of his."
