Address Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs) by challenging and replacing them with affirmations. Finally, uncover your imposter origin story by reflecting on family dynamics and ingrained beliefs, recognizing their impact on your self-perception. This journey is about rewriting your narrative, embracing your strengths, and building a supportive framework to overcome imposter syndrome.
