Stoicism requires practice. You should alter your morning routine to begin. Before everything, consider what's to come and possible difficulties. Maybe it's a frustrating colleague or slow traffic on your route. You cannot change other people's behavior or control the vehicles on the road, and you should be aware of things that make you angry. Every time you do that in the morning, you'll feel calmer in your house.
