Instead, we should accept that life is hard and focus on being more virtuous people who accept challenges and face them head-on.</p><p><br></p><p>Through meditation, accept the unpleasant realities of life.</p><p><br></p><p>Meditation is about allowing thoughts to arise, especially those that are dark, and then releasing them. As such, it's a great way of accepting life's unpleasant realities and moving forward regardless of how fucked up things are. Meditation allows you to understand that pain is natural, yet suffering can be avoided.</p>
