Unbeknownst to Mira, Shelley met Tony, Mira’s ex, who shared his struggles, and Mira later secured funding from a tech CEO intrigued by her ideas. Meanwhile, Robert Lemoine, a manipulative tech mogul, concealed his plans to exploit rare-earth elements at Thorndike under the guise of building a doomsday bunker. His deceptions included hacking Mira’s phone, fabricating stories, and covering up a deadly mining accident. Chaos erupted when Sir Owen Darvish unexpectedly arrived and died, prompting Tony to investigate Robert’s motives. As tensions escalated, Robert schemed to frame Tony for multiple deaths while ending his mining operation prematurely. Jill Darvish, suspicious of Owen’s death, confronted the unfolding horrors, ultimately killing Robert but losing her life in the process. Tony escaped, determined to expose Robert’s crimes by setting the mining site ablaze, risking everything to bring justice.
